Exchange Policy
At BEVAVA, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit and style. While we do not offer cash refunds except in cases of manufacturing defects, we provide a straightforward Exchange process to help you get the items you love.
Exchange Options
To ensure the fastest service and avoid additional fees, we recommend completing your exchange in person.
● In-Store Exchange: FREE. Visit us for an on-the-spot inspection and an immediate swap for a different size or style.
● Door-to-Door Exchange: $5 USD Delivery Charge. A driver will be dispatched to your location to facilitate the exchange.
General Conditions
● Timeframe: You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.
● Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in brand-new condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
● Final Sale Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we strictly do not accept exchanges on piercings, earrings, swimwear, and underwear. These are considered final sale once delivered.
The Exchange Process
1. In-Store (Recommended) Visit our location during operating hours for the most efficient service.
● Immediate Swap: You can take your replacement item home immediately (subject to stock availability).
2. Door-to-Door (Home Collection)
● Delivery Fee: A standard $5 USD fee applies for the driver’s dispatch.
● Process: Contact us via WhatsApp to schedule the exchange.
● Handling: We offer a seamless doorstep exchange. The driver will deliver your new item and collect the original one during the same visit.

Condition of Items
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
● Unused & Unaltered: Items must be in brand-new, sellable condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging (dust bags, boxes, etc.) intact.
● Shoes: Must be tried on carpeted surfaces only. Items with scuffs, scratches, or sole wear will be rejected.
● Promotional Items (BxGy): If you exchange part of a "Buy One Get One" or similar bundle, the exchange value will be based on the promotional price of the individual item.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
● We will prioritize a replacement of the same item at no extra cost to you.
● If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund (including original delivery fees) will be processed via the original payment method.

BEVAVA reserves the right to limit exchange privileges for accounts with excessive activity. We operate on an exchange-only basis; returns and refunds are not accepted. This policy adheres to local operational guidelines in Lebanon. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Lebanese law.
